The Leadership Challenge Workshop is a unique, intensive, and highly interactive program that consistently receives rave reviews from attendees and is based on the best selling book by Kouzes & Posner. It has served as a catalyst for profound leadership transformations in organizations of all sizes and in all industries.The course curriculum is based on a research analysing data instrument and case data collected from some 25,000 leaders and 100,000 constituents in public and private sector. This research identifies the five practices that characterize leaders who get extraordinary things done in organizations.
Participants experience and apply The Five Practices leadership model through a range of activities including, workbook exercises, group problem-solving tasks, lectures, and outdoor action learning. The Leadership Challenge Workshop includes a leading industry 360-degree assessment tool, The Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI). The LPI is a highly refined behavioural based 360 degree survey instrument which collects data on the frequency with which one exhibits 30 leadership behaviours around the five key areas of effective leaders:
