I saw today THIS article and it very much connects into my first month on U101, focused on design thinking. In the course we have been studying what attributes a design thinker needs.

I wonder if there psychometrics around this area that are specific to Design Thinking rather than just around creativity:

  • When doing B820 which was on innovation, creativity and change, we looked at the KAI – Kirton Adoption Innovation inventory, which looked at styles of Innovation. Visit HERE for more information.
