I had not written this up and so looping back to it. I recently got certified by High Performing Systems on the EQ-i 2.0 / EQ-i 360 from MHS. The model is extremely well developed and the psychometrics of it are very robust as it is one of the oldest, if not the oldest instrument in the market place. The reports are very through, with the self score report itself being over 20 pages. It is available in a range of languages. I have personally being coaching with the Spanish version this week and the survey and reports are very well developed.

Currently I am using it as part of a leadership development programme through one on one sessions of an hour. I will also be using it for a range of areas, particularly personal effectiveness, influencing, team development, selling and transformation. I will also be using with one on one coaching clients beyond larger programmes.
