This week I co-delivered with Jeff Evans, VP of Designed Learning, the first ever non-US Open Programme of Flawless Consulting 1, Peter Block’s flagship programme that was the course that inspired the book of the same name [most people think the book came first, but it was the other way around]. We had 18 participants on the two day course from 6 different countries, many of whom had flown in especially for the programme.
The two days went really well and I was personally really happy with the venue choice (Wallace Space near St Pancras). We have started using a mobile friendly survey that gathers initial responses to the course and the initial impact looks great.

There were more questions in the survey, but overall, a very positive experience for all.
