As I start to read through the colossal book series “The Collaboration Code” by Rob Evans, I am making some sketchnotes of some of the key ideas. I have known of Scan > Focus > Act for a while and so this was an easy model to start with.
The critical take aways are:
- Thoroughness in each section on the process.
- The need to test out fallen in FOCUS, rather than simple evaluation.
- The level of detail required in ACT to ensure action happens.
Like many facilitation processes though it needs support beyond the process itself. I would imagine how to do this is somewhere in the book series.
Very well put and succinctly described.
