Conscious co-facilitation

This was my third and final sketchnote today from the book series “The Collaboration Code” by Rob Evans.

It really resonated with me as a lot of the work I do is co-facilitation for events, conferences or highly technical meetings.

Great co-facilitation comes with experience but does require effort and dialogue with the other facilitators and event teams. Just as a good presenter will prepare and run through a speech, so facilitators should do similar.
