Having been very busy lately I had stopped doing any sketchnotes on things that I find interesting.

Today I spent some time delving back in to the Rob Evans’ book “The collaboration code” series of books.

The sketchnote below is from the book “Patterns” and looks at trust.

A few take aways from this chapter for me were:

  • Trust is build up consistently over time and every interaction helps or hinders
  • Engage initially through questions or answer their doubts and concerns
  • Trust the process itself and make people comfortable with the process
  • Confidence helps build trust

I have written about trust before, and you can find some concepts around it that I find interesting over HERE within DAY 8 of 100 Days of Social Leadership.

I would live to gather more resources and if you have any recommendations, please leave them below.

This is the first post I have created using MarsEdit. This is an offline blogging tool and so I am pretty curious to see how it goes.
