This week I ran a two hour workshop on collective intelligence for a digital leadership module at a European aircraft manufacturer. The session was very interactive with experiential learning, self assessment, peer coaching and some short presentations.
Below are some of the resources I used to refine my thinking on the topic:
I really liked THIS page from Crowd Society as a lay person’s introduction.
“Reinventing organisations” by Frederic Laloux was a great read. I understand that charitable organisations can share the book. I have seen a copy HERE (Happy to remove if required). Ulrich Gerndt has created a great book summary HERE.
MIT have a focus area on collective intelligence research. Their hub page is HERE.
THIS slideshow on Slideshare was helpful, as was THIS.
Finally the Wikipedia page which leads to a lot of solid resources.
There were other things I read, but these were at the core of my brief analysis.
Are there any additional resources you would add?
Andi,
Very interesting subject I am looking forward to both reading and learning more.
