Found this really interesting leadership development resource today, so wanted to add it here. The playbook describes itself as:

“The Emerging Leaders Playbook offers a comprehensive guide for emerging leaders and their supervisors to help them make sense of the changing nature of leadership. The Playbook offers practical tools grounded in research, and accompanied by systems of support to guide reflection, growth, and organizational best practices. The Playbook is a project of Third Plateau Social Impact Strategies and Beth Kanter, and is supported by the Packard Foundation.”
