A visual sketchnote summary of the book “Leading Continuous Change” by Bill Pasmore.
Fundamentally the key messages from the book for me were:
- Simplify amount of change projects
- Create a joined up approach that considers all of them
- Make sure metrics are clear and people are helpful accountable
- Continuous improvement is crucial and should be applied throughout the transformation process
- Rapid experimentation (prototyping) helps accelerate IF people don’t hold to their ideas
